Understanding the LoongBuy QC Process
Before shipment, our team conducts a thorough inspectionQC images
- Items are checked for defects, sizing accuracy, color, and completeness
- Detailed photos are uploaded to your LoongBuy account
- You receive a QC notification via email/app
How to View Your QC Photos
Follow these steps to review QC check photos:
- Log in
- Go to "My Orders"
- Click the "View QC Photos"
- (Mobile) Swipe to see multiple angles | (Desktop) Use the gallery navigator

How to Reject Items or Request Changes
If you're unsatisfied with the QC results:
- Click "Request Modification"
- Select the specific issue:
- Quality issue
- Size/fit problem
- Wrong item/color
- Upload supporting images (if comparing to product page)
- Submit your request before the 24-hour QC window
