Understanding LoongBuy’s Quality Control (QC) Process
LoongBuy ensures quality by conducting thorough inspections before shipping your items. During the QC process, our team checks for defects, sizing accuracy, color consistency, and overall craftsmanship. Once the inspection is complete, we provide detailed quality check (QC) photos for your review.
You'll receive these QC images along with a confirmation email or notification in your account dashboard. These images help you verify the item’s condition before approval.
How to Check Your LoongBuy QC Photos
To review your QC photos:
- Go to "My Orders"
- Locate the order in question and click "View QC Photos".
- Zoom in to inspect stitching, tags, logos, fabric quality, and any possible defects.
QC images typically include multiple angles, labels, and close-ups of critical areas for transparency.

If an item does not meet your expectations, you have two options:
1. Request Modifications
