How LoongBuy’s QC Process Works
Once your item arrives at our warehouse, our QC team performs a detailed inspection. This includes:
- Checking item dimensions and weight
- Inspecting product quality (stitching, material, color accuracy, etc.)
- Verifying functionality (if applicable)
- Capturing high-resolution QC images
The QC photos are then uploaded to your order details for your review before shipment.
How to View Your QC Photos
Follow these steps to access inspection images:
- Log in to your LoongBuy account
- Navigate to "My Orders"
- Select the specific order you want to review
- Click "QC Photos" to view inspection images
- Zoom in on photos to check details closely
Requesting Modifications or Rejecting Items
If you identify any issues with your product:
- Click "Request Modification" below the QC photos
- Select the specific concern from our dropdown menu or type a custom request
- Upload marked photos (if helpful to clarify the issue)
- Submit your request
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and either:
- Address the issue (repair or replace if possible)
- Provide alternative solutions if modification isn't possible
- Process a return/refund if the item is unsatisfactory and can't be fixed
Important Notes About QC Requests
- Check QC photos promptly - you have 5 days to raise concerns
- Be specific in your modification requests
- Provide clear photos highlighting issues when possible
- Major defects are usually eligible for replacements
- Minor cosmetic issues may not qualify for modification
