How to Request Changes or Reject an Item

Option 1: Request a Modification or Exchange
For minor issues or if you simply want to try for a better unit, you can request an exchange.
- In your warehouse view, find the unsatisfactory item.
- Click the button labeled "Apply for Exchange" or similar.
- Clearly request changes
- Submit your request. Our team will procure a replacement and provide new QC images
Option 2: How to Reject Items
If the item is fundamentally wrong (wrong size, wrong model, major defect) or you no longer want it, you can reject it.
- Locate the item in your LoongBuy warehouse.
- Select the option to "Refund" or "Return to Seller."
