Section 1: Account Registration

Access the official MuleBuy website and find "Register" or "Sign Up." Typically, follow these steps:
- Fill in your email address, and set a strong password.
- Verify your email through a link sent to you, please check your inbox (and spam folder).
- If requested, verify your mobile phone number as well.
- Tip: Once completed, navigate to your "User Center" or "Dashboard."
Section 2: Adding Your Product

After finding the product you want on Chinese shopping sites (like Taobao, Tmall, 1688 etc.), copy its product page URL.
In MuleBuy:
- Find the "Submit Link" or "Buy For Me" section, usually available in your "My Warehouse" or special shopping sections.
- Paste the product URL into the URL field.
- (Optional) You can request quotation via one of our services like English support in comment box.
Section 3: Choosing Product Details

After our agent paste the link (if not already translated) and review product availability, in Dashboard:
- Specify the color, size, quantity and other product attributes needs.
- Leave important notes for the agent in the Remarks
- Image will help identify the one you're going for. Make use of image link/upload if needed.
Section 4: Contacting Support
Our platform combines customer service team into workflow.
- If you encounter any problem with products or the platform, use the internal messaging system ("Contact Support") for assistance.
- Provide your incomplete order number, detailed issue, and notify about shipment tracking.
They are ready to check the status for you.
Section 5: Confirming Your Order & Quotation
After adding products to cart
- Navigate to "My Cart" / “Pending Orders” section.
- Review all products, and any domestic shipping fee from local seller.
- You may add or remove items before placing final Payable order.
Section 6: Recharge & Payment

MuleBuy often requires you to first deposit funds into account balance for making payment. To recharge:
- Go to "Account Balance" / “Recharge” in your dashboard.
- Important: Recharge amount should finalize to include *total product cost*, *domestic shipping fee*, and *our service-fee* of each product.
- Recharge via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
- A page will guide you on exchange rate policy for each applicable payment.
Section 7: Choose Logistics Channel & Final Shipping

Items delivered to MuleBuy warehouse will be stored there at no cost for a desired packing period.
For shipping:
- Choose parcel submission: Go to "My Warehouse" / in "Apply for Parcel".
- Select the items from warehouse to include in a shipment.
- Choose an international logistics line: e.g., EMS, DHL, Sea Shipping, Special Agent Line etc.
- System estimate freight cost and estimate delivery time.
You can use Recharged balance to pay for the shipment.
Section 8: Waiting and Tracking your package!
Once your parcel submitted to logistics provider:
- Your recharged account balance will be charged if applicable extra costs such as customs fee if you know and product verification etc.
- MuleBuy store will package the items securely.
- They will update tracking number in your account ("My Parcels") for monitoring route till your door step arrives.
- Any customer service can handle shipping issues across all country.
