• Material texture and stitching details.
• Accessories, tags, and box condition (if included).

How to Check QC Images on MuleBuy

1. Log into your MuleBuy account.
2. Go to “My Orders” and select the pending order.
3. Locate and click the “QC Photos” tab or link.
4. Download or zoom images to inspect details.

What If You Need Modifications or Re-shoots?

If the QC images reveal an issue (wrong item, flaws, color mismatch):

1. Contact MuleBuy customer service via live chat or tickets immediately.
2. Specify the problem with references to the QC photos (e.g., “Stitching flaw near logo in Photo 3”).
3. Request a replacement, return, or an exchange if the item doesn’t match your order.

Does MuleBuy Support Retaking QC Photos?

Yes – but conditionally. If the initial photos are unclear, or you need a specific angle checked, you can request supplementary photos before shipping. Note that requests for extensive extra photos may be limited to a reasonable number per order, so be specific about your needs.

MuleBuy QC Service Limitations
