Once your seller ships items to LoongBuy's warehouse, our tracking system helps you monitor every step. This guide will show you how to check progress, interpret domestic tracking, confirm warehouse arrival, and receive quality control photos.

Accessing Your Dashboard

Step 1: Log into Your Account

Visit LoongBuy.com and log into your customer account using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to "My Parcels"

Click on the "My Parcels" or "Warehouse" section in your dashboard menu.

Step 3: View Recent Arrivals

You'll see a list of all packages en route to or recently arrived at our warehouse.

Interpreting Domestic Tracking
