Once your seller ships items to LoongBuy's warehouse, our tracking system helps you monitor every step. This guide will show you how to check progress, interpret domestic tracking, confirm warehouse arrival, and receive quality control photos.
Accessing Your Dashboard
Step 1: Log into Your Account
Visit LoongBuy.com and log into your customer account using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to "My Parcels"
Click on the "My Parcels" or "Warehouse" section in your dashboard menu.
Step 3: View Recent Arrivals
You'll see a list of all packages en route to or recently arrived at our warehouse.
Interpreting Domestic Tracking
Common Domestic Tracking Statuses:
- Accepted/Shipment Received:
- In Transit:
- Out for Delivery:
- Delivered:
- Exception/Delayed:
Confirming Warehouse Arrival
When your package arrives at our warehouse, you'll notice these changes in your dashboard:
Status Update
Package status changes from "In Transit" to "Arrived at Warehouse"
Warehouse Processing
Status may temporarily show "Processing" as we check in your item
Notification
You'll receive an email notification confirming warehouse arrival
Receiving Quality Control Photos
Once your items are processed at our warehouse, we provide QC photos to verify condition:
Automatic Photo Generation
QC photos are automatically generated during our intake process, typically within 24 hours of arrival.
Accessing Your Photos
View QC photos by clicking on the specific item in your "Warehouse" section.
What to Look For
Check photos for: correct items, visible damage, color accuracy, and overall condition.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Tracking Shows Delivered but Not in Dashboard
Allow 24-48 hours for processing. If status doesn't update, contact support with your tracking number.
No QC Photos After Several Days
Contact customer service - there may be an issue with your item that requires manual inspection.
Domestic Tracking Stops Updating
Some domestic couriers have limited tracking. Wait 3-5 business days, then contact support if concerned.
