ACBuy: How to Submit Your Own QC Reviews

Prerequisites
- Access to the ACBuy Community Spreadsheet
- Your own QC photos from a recent purchase
- A Google account (to comment/edit, if required)
How to Submit Your QC Review
Step 1: Navigate to the Correct Store & Item
Open the ACBuy Spreadsheet and find the specific store tab (e.g., "Store A," "Store B"). Locate the row for the exact item you purchased using the product name, size, or batch number.
Step 2: Upload Your QC Photos
Recommended Method:
- Upload your photos to a free image hosting service like ImgurImgBB.
- Copy the direct link(s) to your uploaded images.
- In the spreadsheet's "QC Photos" column for your item, paste the image URL. In most spreadsheets, the image will preview automatically.
Step 3: Leave Detailed Feedback
Click on the cell in the "Community Feedback" or "Reviews" column. Add a comment or directly type in your evaluation. Be specific! Mention:

Step 4: Mark Trustworthy Stores
If you had a consistently positive experience with a store, you can help mark it as trustworthy:
- Find the store's main section or a dedicated "Trusted Sellers" list.

- Some sheets have a "Trust Score" column—you can often add your rating there (e.g., 5/5).
Note: Only mark stores as trustworthy based on your own direct, positive experiences. This helps maintain the integrity of the list.
