Once your seller ships items to LoongBuy's warehouse, proper tracking ensures you stay informed every step of the way. This guide walks you through monitoring progress and confirming successful delivery.
Step-by-Step Tracking Process
Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
Log into your LoongBuy account and navigate to your personal dashboard. Locate the "My Orders" or "Pending Items" section where your incoming packages are displayed.
Step 2: Monitor Domestic Tracking
Each item shipped to our warehouse will have a domestic tracking number assigned by the Chinese carrier. Click the tracking number to view real-time shipping updates directly from the carrier's website.

Step 3: Warehouse Arrival Confirmation
Once your item reaches our warehouse, the status in your dashboard will automatically update to "Arrived at Warehouse." You'll receive a notification, and the domestic tracking will show as "Delivered."
Step 4: Quality Check & Photographs
Within 1-2 business days of arrival, our team processes your item. You'll receive QC (Quality Check) photos showing your product from multiple angles, allowing you to verify the item meets your expectations.

Tracking Not Updating?
Domestic tracking updates may experience delays of 6-12 hours. If tracking hasn't updated for 48 hours, contact our support team with your order number for assistance.
Item Marked Delivered But Not Showing in Warehouse?
Warehouse processing typically takes 24-48 hours after delivery. If your item still doesn't appear after 72 hours, provide the delivery confirmation screenshot to our customer service.
No QC Photos Received?
Check your notification settings and spam folder. If you haven't received QC photos within 3 business days of warehouse arrival, contact us immediately.
