Step-by-Step Export Guide
Step 1: Access Your Kakobuy Purchase Spreadsheet
- Log in to your Kakobuy account.
- Navigate to the "My Account""Dashboard"
- Locate and click on the link or tab labeled "Purchase History", "My Orders", or "Order Spreadsheet". This page displays a table of all your transactions.
Step 2: Locate the Export Function
Within your Purchase Spreadsheet page, look for an Export button. This is typically found:
- Near the top-right corner of the data table.
- Within a drop-down menu labeled "Actions""More Options".
- Sometimes represented by an icon, such as a download arrow (⇩) or three vertical dots.
Step 3: Choose Your Export Format
After clicking the Export button, a menu will likely appear with one or more format options. Choose the format that best suits your needs:

- Your browser will download the file to your default "Downloads" folder. Take note of the filename.
- Locate the downloaded file on your computer. It will be named something like
kakobuy_orders.csvspreadsheet_export.xlsx.
Importing into Excel or Google Sheets
For Microsoft Excel:
- Open Microsoft Excel.
- For .XLSX files:File Open
- For .CSV files:Data Get External Data From Text. Select your CSV file. The Text Import Wizard will open, guiding you to correctly delimit the data. Ensure you select "Comma" as the delimiter and finish the import.
For Google Sheets:
- Go to sheets.google.com
- Click on File Import.
