Purchasing with LoongBuy is a smooth process from store to your doorstep. A crucial step is when your items arrive safely at our warehouse for consolidation. This guide explains how you can monitor this entire journey.
Step 1: Monitor Your LoongBuy Dashboard
The moment a seller dispatches your items to the designated LoongBuy warehouse address, the tracking process begins.
- Log in to your LoongBuy member dashboard.
- Navigate to the "My Orders" or "Warehouse" section.
- You will see a list of all your purchased items with their current status.
Step 2: Interpret Domestic Tracking Information
When an item is shipped by the seller, a domestic tracking number
- Inside your order details, you will see this tracking number and a link to the respective courier's website.
- Tracking Statuses to Look For:
- Dispatched/Shipped: Seller has sent the parcel.
- In Transit: Parcel is moving through the domestic network.
- Out for Delivery: Parcel is with the local delivery personnel heading to the LoongBuy warehouse.
- Delivered/Signed For: This is the final and most important status, indicating the parcel has arrived at the warehouse and was received by our staff.
Step 3: Confirm Warehouse Arrival
The most direct confirmation happens within your LoongBuy dashboard, which is updated in real-time.
- Once our warehouse team scans the delivered package, your order status in the dashboard will automatically change from "In Transit""Purchased""Arrived at Warehouse"
- This is your official confirmation that the item is now safely stored in your personal warehouse space, ready for the next steps.
Step 4: Receive & Review QC Photos (Free Service)
As part of our standard service, once your item is processed and checked in at the warehouse, we provide free Quality Control (QC) photos.
- These photos are uploaded to the corresponding order in your dashboard, typically within 1-2 business days of arrival.
- The QC photos allow you to:
- Verify the Item: Confirm it's the correct product, color, and size you ordered.
- Check for Damage: Inspect for any visible flaws or transit damage.
- Make an Informed Decision: Based on the photos, you can proceed to ship the item internationally or initiate an exchange/return with the seller if there's an issue.
