How to Track Your Items
Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
Log into your LoongBuy account and navigate to "My Orders" or "Warehouse" section.
Step 2: Locate Domestic Tracking
Find the domestic tracking number provided by your seller. This is typically a Chinese courier tracking number.
Step 3: Interpret Tracking Status

Confirming Warehouse Arrival
When your item reaches our warehouse, you'll see these status updates:
