Once your seller has shipped your items to the LoongBuy warehouse, tracking the progress is simple and transparent. Follow this guide to monitor your shipment's domestic journey, confirm its safe arrival, and receive your Quality Control (QC) photos.
Step 1: Accessing Your Dashboard
Log in to your LoongBuy account and navigate to your personal 'My Warehouse''My Parcels'

Step 2: Interpreting Domestic Tracking
Click on the specific item or parcel. You will see the domestic tracking number (from the Chinese carrier, e.g., SF Express, YTO, ZTO) and a link/button to track it.

Chinese Status (Typical) Likely Meaning 已发货 (Shipped) Seller has dispatched the item. 运输中 (In Transit) Item is on the way to the LoongBuy warehouse. 到达【City】中转中心 (Arrived at Sorting Center) Item is at a major logistics hub. 派送中 (Out for Delivery) Item is with the local courier for final delivery to the warehouse. 已签收 (Signed For) This is the key status! - Status Updates:
Step 3: Confirming Warehouse Arrival
Once the domestic tracking shows "已签收" (Signed For), allow 1-3 business days for warehouse processing. Confirmation happens in two places:
