Once your seller ships items to the LoongBuy warehouse, tracking their journey and confirming safe arrival is simple and transparent. This guide walks you through each step, from tracking to quality check.
Step 1: Track Domestic Shipping to Warehouse
After your seller dispatches your item, the domestic tracking number
- Log into your LoongBuy Member Dashboard.
- Navigate to "My Orders""Warehouse"
- Locate the specific order. The tracking number and a "Track"
Interpretation Tip:"In Transit", "Arrived at Destination", and finally "Delivered"
Step 2: Confirm Warehouse Arrival
The system updates automatically. Look for these clear indicators in your dashboard:
- The order status changes to "Arrived at Warehouse".
- Under the "Warehouse""Pending""Stored"
- An internal warehouse receipt number
This confirms our team has physically received and scanned your package.
Step 3: Receive & Review QC Photos
Once the item is processed in the warehouse (usually within 1-3 business days of arrival), Quality Control (QC) is performed.
You will receive a system notification
- Go to "Warehouse""My Parcels""Stored Items".
- Find the item and click "View Details""QC Photos".
- Inspect the provided high-quality photos from multiple angles to verify the item's condition, model, and color.
After reviewing QC photos, you can proceed to submit for international shipping
