CNFANS: How to Request Extra QC Photos from Inspectors
Sometimes one photo set isn't enough. Here’s how to get the clarity you need.
The Quality Control (QC) photos provided by CNFANS inspectors are crucial for verifying your items. However, there may be times when the initial set of photos doesn't capture a specific detail, angle, or potential issue you want to check. Don't worry—you can formally request additional photos. This guide walks you through the simple process of contacting support to ask for extra angles or close-ups.

Step-by-Step: Requesting Additional QC Photos
Log In and Navigate to Your Order
Access your CNFANS account and go to the "My Orders"
Locate the QC Photos & Contact Option
Open the order details where the existing QC photos are displayed. Look for a link or button labeled "Contact Support", "Help", or "Submit Request"
Compose Your Clear, Specific Request
When you contact support, be as precise as possible. This helps the inspectors understand exactly what you need.
Example Message:
"Hello, could you please provide 2-3 extra QC photos for my order #[Your Order Number]? I would appreciate:
- A close-up of the left shoe's heel logo.
- A photo of the inside tag showing the size and material information.
- A side-angle shot of the entire pair together.
Thank you for your assistance."
Submit and Wait for Confirmation
Send your request. The support team will forward it to the inspection department. Please allow some time (usually 1-2 business days) for them to process your request and upload the new photos to your order page.
Check for Updates
Monitor your order page or message center. The additional photos will be added to the existing QC gallery once they are ready. You may also receive a notification.
Pro Tips for Success
Be Specific & Reasonable
Requesting "more photos" is too vague. Ask for specific shots (e.g., "close-up of the buckle," "bottom of the sole"). Limit requests to 3-4 key shots to ensure a quick response.
Use the Order Number
Always include your correct order number in your message to avoid any delay.
Politeness Goes a Long Way
A polite request is more likely to receive prompt and helpful attention from the support and inspection teams.
Timing Matters
Submit your request soon after the initial QC photos are posted, while the item is still at the inspection station.
