You might need a closer look at a specific detail, logo, fabric texture, or potential flaw. This guide will walk you through the simple process of contacting SuperBuy's QC team to request additional inspection images before approving your item for shipment.
Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: Access Your Warehouse Storage
Log in to your SuperBuy account. Navigate to "My Warehouse""Storage"
Step 2: Locate the Item and Open QC Photos
Find the specific item you want more photos of. Click on the "QC Photos"
Step 3: Click "Apply for More Photos"
Within the QC photos gallery, look for a button or tab labeled "Apply for More Photos", "Request More Photos", or something similar. Click on it to initiate a new request.
Step 4: Specify Your Request in Detail
A pop-up window or a new page will appear. Here, you can select from predefined options"Remarks""Additional Notes"
- "Please take a close-up photo of the brand logo on the chest in clear, direct light."
- "Could you show a photo of the inside tag showing the size and washing instructions?"
- "I need a photo of the back of the item laid flat, and one of any visible seams on the sleeves."

Step 5: Submit and Wait for Processing
After filling out your request, click "Submit""Confirm". The request will be sent to the QC team. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification (and often an email) once your new photos are available.

Return to the QC photos gallery for that item. The newly taken photos will be added there. Review them carefully to make your final decision on whether to "Ship""Exchange/Return"
