The unified spreadsheet consolidates data into key columns for easy scanning:

| Order ID / Product SKU | The unique identifier for your order and item. |
| QC Photo Result | Direct link or status indicator (e.g., Approved, Rejected, Pending) to view the actual QC inspection photos. |
| Warehouse Check Date | The date the item was received and checked in at the consolidation warehouse. |
| Shipping Status | Confirmation status (e.g., Awaiting Shipment, Shipped, In Transit). |
| Tracking Number | The carrier's tracking number, populated once the item is dispatched. |
Click the link or icon in the "QC Photo Result"
Track the timeline by looking at the "Warehouse Check Date""Shipping Status"
Use the spreadsheet's filter functions to view orders by status (e.g., all pending QC) or date range. Export the data to CSV or Excel for offline analysis and record-keeping.
Use the dashboard settings to enable notifications for key status changes, such as when QC is completed or a tracking number is assigned.
