Step 2: Select Issue Type & Provide Details

Select the nature of your claim:

Provide a clear, detailed description of the issue in the text box provided.

Step 3: Upload Required Documentation

This is the most critical step for a successful claim.

For Lost Parcels For Damaged Items
  • Screenshot of the tracking history showing the delay/loss.
  • Proof of purchase/invoice for the items inside.
  • Photos of the damaged exterior packaging
  • Photos clearly showing the damage to the item(s)
  • Photos of all items in the parcel for context.
