Once your seller ships your items to LoongBuy's warehouse, tracking the progress is a straightforward process managed entirely within your personal dashboard. This guide will walk you through each step.
Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
Log in to your LoongBuy account. Your main dashboard"Processing""Domestic Tracking".
Step 2: Interpret Domestic Tracking Information
After the seller ships, a domestic tracking number (e.g., from Chinese carriers like YTO, STO, ZTO) will update in your order details. Statuses you may see include:
- "In Transit": The parcel is on its way to the LoongBuy warehouse.
- "Awaiting Pickup": The parcel has arrived at a local logistics point.
- "Delivered": The parcel has reached the destination address—this often means our warehouse.
Note: Allow 24-48 hours after a "Delivered" status for warehouse processing.
Step 3: Confirm Warehouse Arrival
The order status in your dashboard will automatically update to "Arrived at Warehouse"
Step 4: Receive & Review QC Photos
Once your item is processed and checked in, LoongBuy provides free Quality Control (QC) photos. You will find them in your dashboard:
- Navigate to the order marked "Arrived at Warehouse".
- Click on "View QC Photos"
- Examine the photos carefully to verify the item's condition, model, color, and specifications.
After reviewing the QC photos, you can proceed to submit for international shipping
