How to Submit a Request for Extra Photos

Follow these straightforward steps to get the specific photos you need:

1. Log In and Navigate to Your Warehouse

   Access your CSSBuy account and go to the 'My Warehouse'

2. Identify and Select the Item

   Find the specific item you want additional photos for. Click on it to open the detailed QC photo album and review the existing pictures.

3. Locate the "Request More Photos" Button

   On the item's page, look for a button or link labeled "Request More Photos"

4. Specify Your Photo Requirements Clearly

   A dialog box or form will appear. This is the most crucial step. Be as detailed and clear as possible.

5. "Please take a close-up photo of the left shoe's heel stitching."
6. "Can I see a photo of the jacket tag in clear focus?"
7. "Please take a picture of the item next to a measuring tape for scale."
8. "I need a photo of the bottom sole of both shoes."

9. Confirm and Pay the Small Fee

   Submitting a request for additional photos typically incurs a nominal fee (e.g., a few cents per request). Confirm the request and complete the small payment. This fee covers the time and labor for the extra service.
