Once your seller has shipped your items to LoongBuy's domestic warehouse, tracking their progress is straightforward. Follow this guide to monitor your shipment, confirm its arrival, and access Quality Check (QC) photos.
Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
Log in to your LoongBuy account

Step 2: Interpret Domestic Tracking Information
Once the seller provides a tracking number and it's updated in our system, you will see it associated with your order. This is typically a Chinese domestic logistics number.

Tracking may be in Chinese. You can use your browser's translation feature or contact our support for clarification.
Step 3: Confirm Warehouse Arrival
The most crucial update is "Warehouse Received."

- It is now queued for processing and inspection.
- You will soon receive QC photos.
