Ensure all group members have used the same Joyagoo template
- Confirm all files are saved in the Joyagoo Spreadsheet (.joyags) or compatible .csv format.
- Ask participants to fill out only their assigned rows and avoid modifying the template structure.
Step 2: Open the Primary Consolidation Sheet
In your Joyagoo application, open a new, blank spreadsheet
Step 3: Use the "Combine Data" Tool
Navigate to the "Data""Combine Sheets".
- In the dialog box that appears, click "Add Files"
- Joyagoo will preview the data. Here, you can specify to import data from specific named ranges
- Check the option for "Include headers from first file only"
Step 4: Review & Clean Merged Data
Once combined, your data will appear in the new sheet. Perform these essential checks:

Step 5: Finalize the Organized Summary
Create a polished, supplier-friendly summary:
