1. The Automatic Weight Recalculation Process
After you submit a Repack & Submit
This new weight is what you are charged for international shipping. Any prepaid amount based on the initial estimate is adjusted accordingly.
2. How to Monitor Updated Weight in Your Dashboard
Follow these simple steps to see the final post-repacking weight:
Step 1: Log In & Navigate to "My Parcels"
Go to the CSSBuy website and log into your account. Click on My Parcels
Step 2: Locate Your Submitted Parcel
Find the parcel you requested for repacking. Its status should typically read something like "Processing""Repacked."
Step 3: Check Parcel Details
Click on the parcel ID or the DetailsView
Step 4: Find the Updated Weight Information
On the parcel details page, look for the Parcel InformationShipping Information
Note: These figures will be visibly updated once the repacking process is complete.
Step 5: Review Any Balance Adjustments
If the new weight is lower than the estimate, your account balance may be credited. If it's higher, you may need to pay a small difference. Go to your Balance
