Streamline your multi-source purchasing and consolidate your logistics data efficiently.
Purchasing from multiple online stores or sellers is a common strategy to find the best prices, quality, and variety. However, managing the ensuing flood of order details, tracking numbers, and quality control notes can quickly become chaotic. The OrientDig Spreadsheet
The Triad of Essential Information
At the heart of effective multi-seller management are three key data points. The OrientDig Spreadsheet provides dedicated columns to meticulously record each one:
Seller Name/Store:
QC Notes:
Estimated Arrival Time (ETA):
How to Use the Spreadsheet: A Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Setup Your Master Sheet
Create a new spreadsheet or use the pre-formatted OrientDig template. Set up columns with the following headers: Item Name, Seller/Store, Order #, Purchase Date, QC Notes, Domestic Tracking #, ETA to Warehouse, Warehouse Received (Y/N), and Consolidation Notes.
Step 2: Log Orders Upon Purchase
Immediately after placing an order with any seller, fill in a row. Be specific in the QC Notes
Step 3: Update with Tracking & ETAs
Once the seller provides a domestic tracking number, add it. More importantly, based on the shipping method and distance, enter a realistic Estimated Arrival Time
Step 4: Monitor and Consolidate
Use the ETA to Warehouse
