Step 1: Intake & Registration
Upon arrival, your item is logged into our system. A unique QC ticket is created, linking it to your order. The product is then placed in a dedicated QC area, awaiting its turn for inspection.
Step 2: Initial Visual & Quantity Inspection
Our trained QC staff first verifies that the item matches your order details (model, color, size, quantity). They check the packaging for any obvious signs of damage during transit to our warehouse.
Step 3: Detailed Quality Inspection & Photo Uploads
This is the core of our process. The item is meticulously examined for:
