How to Submit Your Request: Step-by-Step
Step 1: Locate Your Item in the Warehouse
Log in to your SuperBuy account. Go to "My Warehouse". Find the item you want to inspect further.
Step 2: Click "Inspection" or "Apply for Photo"
Next to the item, you will see options like "Inspection""Apply for Photo". Click it to open the request form.
Step 3: Be Specific and Clear in Your Request
Vague requests lead to unclear photos. Provide detailed instructions in the message box. Here are examples:
For Close-up Photos:
"Hello QC team, could you please provide a close-up photo of the logo on the chest and the back print? Also, a photo of the tags/label would be great. Thank you!"
For Measurements:
"Please provide flat measurements for this T-shirt: 1) Pit-to-pit chest width. 2) Shoulder seam to cuff length. 3) Total length from highest shoulder point to bottom hem. Please use a ruler/tape measure in the photo."
For Size Verification:
"I ordered size XL. Please place the shoe on the provided size chart sticker to verify the insole length and outsole length. Also, a photo of the size tag inside the shoe."
