Once your seller ships your items to the LoongBuy warehouse, tracking their progress is simple and transparent. Follow this guide to monitor your shipment, confirm its arrival, and inspect your items.

After the seller dispatches your item, you will receive a domestic tracking number
How to Access & Interpret Tracking:
- Log into your LoongBuy Dashboard.
- Navigate to "My Orders""Warehouse"
- Find the specific order. The tracking number and a progress bar will be displayed.
- Statuses you may see:
- "Shipped"
- "In Transit"
- "Arrived at Destination"

The most important status update is the warehouse confirmation.
Key Signs Your Item Has Arrived:
- The order status in your dashboard changes to "Warehouse Arrived""Received".
- The "Domestic Tracking"
- The item will appear in your "My Warehouse"LoongBuy Storage Number.

Once your item is physically checked in and processed by warehouse staff, Quality Control (QC) photos are provided free of charge.
How to Access QC Photos:
- Go to the "My Warehouse"
- Locate the item using its new Storage Number.
- Click the button labeled "View Photos""QC Pictures".
- A gallery will open, typically showing:
- Overview of the item and its packaging.
- Close-ups of labels, serial numbers, or logos.
- Images highlighting any potential flaws or damage (for verification).
After reviewing the photos, you can proceed to submit for international shipping
