ACBuy: How to Submit Your Own QC Reviews
Community collaboration strengthens data accuracy.
Welcome to the ACBuy community! Our shared spreadsheet is a powerful tool built on your contributions. This guide will walk you through the simple process of submitting your own Quality Control (QC) photos and feedback, helping fellow members make informed decisions and highlight trustworthy stores.
A Step-by-Step Guide to Contribution
Step 1: Access the ACBuy Spreadsheet
Navigate to the official ACBuy spreadsheet. Ensure you are viewing the correct tab designated for community QC submissions, usually labeled "Community QC""Submit QC".
Step 2: Locate the Submission Row or Form
Find the empty row at the bottom of the sheet or the dedicated embedded form. This is where you will input your data.
Step 3: Upload Your QC Photos
Important:In the designated column (e.g., "QC Pics"), insert the direct image links. Paste each URL on a new line or separate them with commas. Ensure the links are public and do not expire.
Step 4: Leave Detailed Feedback
In the feedback column, provide clear and constructive comments. Include:
- Item Name & Store:
- QC Assessment:
- Overall Rating:
Step 5: Mark Trustworthy Stores
If your experience with a store was particularly positive, you can help flag them.
Look for the column related to store trust (e.g., "Trusted Store Flag"). You can add the store name here or use a common indicator like "YES"
Step 6: Finalize Your Submission
Double-check all entered information for accuracy, especially your image links. Once confirmed, your data is now live and part of the community database!
Best Practices for Contributors
Be Objective & Specific
Focus on factual observations about stitching, colors, materials, and logo details rather than just "looks good."
Use Clear Photos
Submit high-quality, well-lit photos that show key details. Blurry or dark images are less helpful.
Respect the Format
Follow the existing column structure to keep the spreadsheet organized and easy for everyone to scan.
Verify Information
Ensure store names and product links are correct to maintain the spreadsheet's reliability.
