Managing a multi-item haul can feel overwhelming. The powerful CSSBuy spreadsheet consolidates all your purchase details, but its true potential is unlocked by mastering its filter and sort functions. Learn these techniques to track every product, QC, and shipment update in one file, saving you countless hours.
Why Filtering is Your Greatest Tool
The standard warehouse view shows everything at once. By applying filters, you create a customized view showing only the items relevant to your current task—be it checking for new QC photos, selecting items for a shipment, or reviewing pending purchases.
How to Apply Basic Filters
- Open your CSSBuy warehouse page and navigate to the "Warehouse""Parcle"
- Look for the filter icon (usually a funnel symbol) in the header of any column (e.g., Product Type, Status).
- Click the icon. A dropdown menu will appear with the unique values in that column.
- Select one or multiple values to display. The sheet will instantly hide all rows that don't match your selection.
- To clear a filter, click the icon again and select "Clear Filter."
Practical Filtering Strategies
1. Filter by Product Type
Perfect for organizing your haul. Filter columns like "Remark"
2. Filter by QC Result
Use the "QC Status""QC""QC Failed""QC Passed"
3. Filter by Shipment Status
In the warehouse view, filter the "Status""Purchased," "Stored,""Shipped Out.""Stored"
Sorting for Quick Analysis
While filtering hides data, sorting reorganizes it. Click any column header to sort A-Z or by date.
- Sort by "Date Stored":
- Sort by "Price":
- Sort by "Weight":
