LoongBuy: How to Check Warehouse Arrival Status of Your Items
Once your seller ships your items to LoongBuy's warehouse, the tracking process becomes seamless. Follow this guide to monitor your shipment, confirm its arrival, and manage the next steps through your personal dashboard.
Step 1: Accessing Your Dashboard
Log in to your LoongBuy account and navigate to your ‘My Warehouse’‘My Parcels’

Step 2: Interpreting Domestic Tracking
Once the seller ships your order, they will provide a domestic tracking number. LoongBuy will update the item's status with this number.
- Status "Shipping":

- Key Phrases:"In Transit", "Out for Delivery", and the crucial "Delivered".

Step 3: Confirming Warehouse Arrival
The most important update is warehouse receipt. In your dashboard, the item's status will change to:
This confirms the logistics carrier has successfully delivered your package to the LoongBuy facility. The package now enters the processing queue.
Step 4: Receiving and Using QC Photos
After the "Arrived at Warehouse" status, our team will process your item. This includes:
- Unboxing & Inspection:

- Viewing Photos:“QC Photos”
Examine these photos carefully to verify the item's condition, color, model, and any potential flaws. This is your chance to confirm the purchase before international shipping.
Next Steps After Confirmation
Once you approve the item via QC photos, you can proceed within your dashboard to:
