Once your seller confirms shipment to the LoongBuy warehouse, tracking your parcel's journey and confirming its safe arrival is a straightforward process managed entirely within your account dashboard. This guide will walk you through each step.
Step 1: Tracking Domestic Transit
After your seller dispatches your item, they will provide a domestic tracking number
- Log into your LoongBuy account"My Orders""Warehouse".
- Find the relevant order. The tracking number and a "Track"
- Click to view detailed transit updates. The status will typically show as
"In Transit to Warehouse".

Step 2: Confirming Warehouse Arrival
The most critical update occurs when your parcel reaches our facility. You will be notified automatically, but you can also check manually:
- Go to your Dashboard"My Warehouse"
- Look for your item. Once processed, its status will change to
"Arrived at Warehouse""Storage". - Here you will see key details: Item Weight, Storage Date, and a unique Warehouse ID
This status confirmation means your item is now safely logged into our system and ready for the next step.
Step 3: Receiving & Reviewing QC Photos
Within 1-3 business days
- In "My Warehouse", find the arrived item and click the button labeled "View QC Photos""Check Photos".
- A gallery will open, typically showing multiple angles (front, back, sides, labels, accessories, and any flaws).
