Step 1: Access Your Order & QC Center
Log into your ACBuy account"My Orders""View QC Report".

Step 2: Initiate a Photo Request
On the QC report page, locate and click the button labeled "Request More Photos""Contact QC Team". This opens a dedicated communication channel.
Step 3: Be Specific and Detailed
Clear instructions are key to getting the photos you need. Specify your request clearly in the message field:

- Angle & Distance:
- Condition Concern:
- Comparison:
Example Request:"Hello QC team, could you please provide a close-up, well-lit photo of the serial number on the back and a straight-on photo of the sole tread pattern? Thank you."
Step 4: Submit and Wait for Confirmation
