How to Access and Review Your QC Images
Once your LoongBuy QCQC images:
- Log in to your LoongBuy account and navigate to "My Warehouse."
- Find the item that has undergone inspection and click to view details.
- Look for a section labeled "QC Photos," "Inspection Images," or similar.
- Carefully examine all provided QC images review. These typically include photos of the item from multiple angles, close-ups of tags/logos, and any existing flaws or damages.

How to Request Modifications or Reject Items
If, after your QC images review, you are unsatisfied with an item, you have options. Here is how to request changeshow to reject items
Scenario 1: Requesting Minor Changes or a Re-Inspection
For minor issues (e.g., loose threads, dusty item), you can often request a fix or a more detailed check. Use the message system on the item's page to communicate clearly with the warehouse staff about your specific request.
Scenario 2: Rejecting an Item and Requesting a Return/Exchange
For significant flaws, wrong items, or major quality issues, you can reject the item. The process for how to reject items
- Clearly stating your rejection decision in the message system attached to the QC photos.
- Providing a concise reason based on the photographic evidence (e.g., "Item received has a 5cm stain on the left sleeve, as shown in QC photo #3").
- Requesting the warehouse to initiate a return to the seller for a refund or exchange.
- Note that return shipping fees to the seller and any restocking fees may apply, depending on the seller's policy.
