How to Link Your PayPal or Card
- Log in to your LoongBuy account and navigate to "My Wallet".
- Click on "Add Payment Method".

- Verify your payment method. A small temporary authorization hold may appear on your card/PayPal for verification.
- Once confirmed, your payment method will be saved for future purchases.

Adding funds to your wallet allows for faster checkout.
- Go to "My Wallet" "Recharge".
- Enter the amount you wish to add.
- Choose your linked PayPalCredit Card.
- Review the transaction and confirm. The funds will be instantly available in your LoongBuy balance.

Efficient Refund Management
If a seller cancels your order or modifies the price, here's what happens:
- For Order Cancellations:
- If you paid via Wallet Balance, the refund is returned to your wallet immediately.
- If you paid directly via PayPal or Card, the refund is processed back to the original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
You can track all refunds in "My Orders" "Order History". For any refund delays beyond 10 business days, please contact our Customer Support with your order number.
