2. Refund & Issue Resolution Rates
Track the frequency and outcome of problems. Calculate a simple refund/issue rate:

More important than the rate itself is noting the resolution process. Did the seller offer a partial refund, a replacement, or stall? Timely and fair resolution often outweighs a rare defect.
