Create a new spreadsheet with the following column headers. This structure is your foundation.

As you order from each seller, immediately fill inPaid?
When items arrive at your agent's warehouse, update the Warehouse Arrival Date. The agent will provide the actual weight—input this data promptly. Once all desired items arrive, submit a consolidation request to your agent. Update the Consolidation Status
After paying for international shipping, fill in the International ShippingTracking Number. Your spreadsheet is now a complete financial and logistical record of the entire haul.
