Step 1: Access & Prepare
Open the shared Kakobuy Spreadsheet. Navigate to the appropriate tab (e.g., "Seller Directory", "QC Findings"). Ensure you have the essential details ready: seller name, store link, platform, and the item or category they specialize in.
Step 2: Add a New Seller Entry
Find the next empty row in the sellers section. Input the information clearly and consistently:

- Contact/Link:
- Category:
- Your Rating:
- Notes:
- Contact/Link:
Step 3: Share Quality Control (QC) Results
Help the community gauge quality! In the QC section:
- List the itemseller.
- Note the price point.
- Provide a brief summary
- If possible, link to your QC photos
Step 4: Discover & Vouch for Reliable Stores
Found a hidden gem? Add stores that consistently perform well. A detailed, honest review of your transaction holds immense value for others seeking new, reliable sources.
Contribution Best Practices
Be Specific & Accurate
Double-check store links and seller IDs. Vague notes are less helpful than concrete details.
Stay Objective
Focus on factual experiences—communication speed, item accuracy, packaging quality.
Respect the Format
Follow the existing column structure so the spreadsheet remains clean and usable for everyone.
Update Your Entries
If a seller's service changes, add an update to your original note to keep information current.
