Step-by-Step Archiving Guide
Step 1: Duplicate Your Main Sheet
In your Sugargoo spreadsheet, locate the bottom tab for your primary sheet (e.g., "All Orders"). Right-click"Duplicate". This creates a copy with all your existing data, preserving formulas and formatting. Rename this new tab to something like "Archive - [Month/Year]""Completed Orders 2024".
Step 2: Clean the Archive Tab
In your new archive tab, delete all rows containing ongoing, pending, or future orders. Keep only the rows for orders that are fully delivered and completed. You may choose to add a final column noting the delivery date or a rating for future reference. This tab is now your pure historical record.
