Once your product safely arrives at our warehouse, its most important phase begins: the rigorous Quality Check (QC). This transparent process ensures you receive exactly what you ordered. Here is a step-by-step breakdown.
Warehouse Intake & Registration
Your parcel is scanned and registered into our system against your unique order number. It is then securely placed in a "Pending QC" area, awaiting inspection.
Comprehensive Physical Inspection
A dedicated QC specialist unpacks your item and examines it against the original order details. The inspection covers:

Detailed Photo Upload
We take high-resolution photographs of your actual item from multiple angles. These typically include:
- Front, back, and side views.
- Close-ups of labels, serial numbers, and tags.

These photos are uploaded directly to your LoongBuy account order page for your personal review.
Defect Reporting & Customer Notification
If any discrepancy or defect is identified, we create a detailed defect report. You will receive an immediate notification (via email and/or account notification). The report will clearly describe the issue, supported by the uploaded photos, and present your available options.
