How to Check Your Item's Warehouse Arrival Status on LoongBuy
Once your seller ships your items to the LoongBuy consolidation warehouse, tracking their journey is straightforward. Follow this guide to monitor progress, confirm arrival, and inspect your goods.
Step-by-Step Tracking Process
Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
Log in to your LoongBuy account and navigate to "My Orders""Parcel Center". Here, you will see all orders where the seller has provided a tracking number.
Step 2: Understand Domestic Tracking
Click on the domestic tracking number (typically from Chinese carriers like SF Express, STO, YTO, etc.). The status will show stages such as:
- Shipment Info Received:
- In Transit:
- Out for Delivery:
- Successfully Delivered:
- In Transit:
Note: It may take a few hours for our system to update after the carrier marks it as "Delivered."
Step 3: Confirm Warehouse Arrival in Your Dashboard
The system automatically updates your order status once the warehouse scans your package. Look for these changes:
- Order status changes to "Arrived at Warehouse""Storage".
- The "Domestic Tracking" section will show a green checkmark or a confirmation message.
- The item will appear in your "Warehouse"
Step 4: Receive & Review QC Photos
After your item is processed and checked in, LoongBuy provides free Quality Control (QC) photos. To view them:
- Go to "My Warehouse."
- Find the item and click "View Details""QC Photos."
- Examine the photos for accuracy, color, and any visible flaws before proceeding with international shipping.
Use the QC photos to ensure the item matches your order. If there's an issue, contact Customer Service promptly.
Pro Tips for Smooth Tracking
- Ensure your seller uses the correct warehouse address and includes your unique LoongBuy identification code.
- Domestic delivery usually takes 3-5 days within China after the seller ships.
- If tracking shows "Delivered" but your dashboard hasn't updated within 24 hours, contact Support with your tracking number.
- You can submit a parcel for international shipping as soon as the item status is "Arrived at Warehouse" and you have approved the QC photos.
