Step 1: Access Your Order & Initiate Contact
Log into your Joyagoo account and navigate to "My Orders". Find the specific order for which you want the second check. Look for the "Contact QC Support""Request Additional QC"
Step 2: Clearly State Your Request
When contacting our QC team, please be clear and direct. Specify that you are requesting a second pre-shipment quality control inspection. It's helpful to mention your order number and any specific areas or details you are particularly concerned about (e.g., stitching, color accuracy, logo placement, functionality).

Step 3: Await Confirmation & The New QC Album
Our QC support team will acknowledge your request and temporarily halt the shipping process. A dedicated inspector will perform a new, thorough check. Once complete, you will receive a notification (usually via your account dashboard or email) containing a link to a new, second set of QC images.
Step 4: Review the Second Image Set Thoroughly
Click the link to access the fresh QC album. Examine the images carefully. Compare them with the initial set if needed. Pay close attention to the areas you highlighted in your request. Our system typically provides high-resolution photos from multiple angles, including any specific details you asked for.
