Step 1: Initiate the Repacking Record
Navigate to the specific order's detail page in your BBDBuy dashboard. Locate and click the "Record Repack"
Step 2: Document Packaging Changes
In the opened form, detail all modifications made to the original packaging:

Step 3: Weigh and Record Final Adjusted Weight
After repacking, place the package on a calibrated digital scale. Enter the final weight (in kg or lbs as per system settings)Always ensure the scale is on a flat, stable surface and tared correctly.
Step 4: Upload Proof Photos (Mandatory)
Visual proof is non-negotiable for audit and dispute resolution. Upload clear, well-lit photographs that show:
