Step 1: Foundation – Create & Structure Your Sheet
Start by creating a new spreadsheet (using Google Sheets or similar). Establish key column headers to form the backbone of your order log:
- Item/Link:
- Category:
- Item Name/Description:
- Size/Color:
- Price (¥):
- Agent Notes/QC Feedback:
- Order Status:
- CSSBuy Order #:
- Warehouse Photos:

Step 2: Categorize & Input Product Links
As you find items, input them immediately. Use the "Category" column to group items.
