When your free period is about to end, it's crucial to request an extension to prevent your items from being automatically returned or discarded, which may incur fees.

Step-by-Step Extension Guide

1. Log In to Your Account

   Access your SuperBuy account on their website or mobile app. Navigate to "My Warehouse""My Parcels"

2. Check Storage Status

   Review your items and note their remaining "Free Storage Time". Identify which items or parcels need an extension.

3. Apply for Extension

   Select the specific item(s) or parcel(s). Look for the "Extend Storage""Apply for Warehousing Delay"

4. Choose Duration & Confirm

   Select your desired extension period (e.g., 30 days). Please note that extension services may involve a small fee, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm.

5. Payment & Completion

   Proceed with the payment for the extension fee if applicable. Once confirmed, your new storage expiration date will be updated in your warehouse.
