This guide will walk you through how to monitor the domestic logistics, confirm successful warehouse arrival, and access the Quality Check (QC) photos we provide upon processing.
Step 1: Tracking Domestic Logistics
After the seller dispatches your parcel, they will provide a domestic tracking number

Step 2: Confirming Warehouse Arrival
The status in your dashboard will automatically update once our warehouse scans the parcel. Here’s how to confirm:
- Go to the "Warehouse"
- Look for the tab "Arrived""Stored".
- Your item will appear here, typically with details like received date, parcel weight, and a unique warehouse storage number.
Step 3: Receiving & Reviewing QC Photos
After your item is checked in and processed, LoongBuy provides free QC photos.
- Once the item status is "Stored", find and click on it in your warehouse list.
- You will see a button or link labeled "View Photos""QC Pictures".
- These photos typically show the item from multiple angles, packaging, labels, and any visible flaws, helping you verify the product's condition.
Based on these photos, you can proceed to submit for international shipping or, if there's an issue, contact our customer service for assistance.
