How to Use the Spreadsheet: A Step-by-Step Breakdown
Step 1: Spreadsheet Setup & Link Submission
Begin by creating or obtaining the Hoobuy tracking template. The first critical column is Product Link/Link Submission. Here, you paste the exact URL of the item you wish to purchase. This serves as the master reference for you and your purchasing agent. Once submitted to Hoobuy, mark the status as "Submitted."
Step 2: Monitoring Order Placement & Payment
After submission, the agent will place the order with the seller. Update the Order PlacementPayment
Step 3: Warehouse Reception & Quality Check (QC)
This is a vital phase. Once the seller ships to the Hoobuy warehouse, update the Warehouse ReceptionQC Photos. Log the date the photos were received and insert a link to the images directly in the spreadsheet. Carefully review them and update the QC Status
Step 4: Shipping & Final Delivery
After approving QC, you will choose a shipping method and pay the freight cost. Update the Shipping PaymentTracking Number. Paste it into its designated cell. You can now use this number on the carrier's website (or Hoobuy's tracking page) for real-time updates until your order arrives at its final destination.
