What Happens After You Submit a LoongBuy Order

Once your purchased product successfully arrives at LoongBuy's consolidation warehouse, its journey through our strict Quality Check (QC)

Step 1: Intake & Registration

Upon arrival, your parcel is logged into our system. The order number from your original purchase is matched, and the item is assigned a unique warehouse code, placing it in queue for its official QC inspection.

Step 2: Comprehensive Inspection & Photo Upload

Our QC specialists thoroughly examine the item. This includes checking for:

  • Physical Condition:
  • Functionality:
  • Authenticity & Completeness:

High-resolution photos are then taken from multiple angles, typically including front, back, sides, labels, serial numbers, and any areas of specific interest (e.g., logos, delicate details). These photos are automatically uploaded to your private "My Warehouse"

Step 3: Defect Reporting & Grading

If our inspector identifies any flaw—no matter how minor—it is meticulously documented in a QC Defect Report. The item may receive a condition grade (e.g., "Perfect," "Good," "With Minor Flaws"). This detailed report, highlighting the exact issues found, is published alongside the photos in your account.

Step 4: Customer Notification & Approval

This is the most crucial

✅ Approve

If you are satisfied with the item's condition, you can approve it for storageshipping

❌ Reject / Request Return

If the item is not as described, has unacceptable flaws, or is not what you ordered, you can reject it. Our team will then assist you in initiating a return to the seller, following the platform's/purchase protection policies.
