Getting Started: A Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Duplicate the Template
Access the HipoBuy Spreadsheet template (provided by HipoBuy or community). Create your own copy in your preferred spreadsheet application (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel) to begin editing.
Step 2: Input Purchase Information
For each item you order, fill in the columns: Product Name, Purchase Link, Price (¥), Size/Color, Seller, and Order Date.
Step 3: Update with QC & Warehouse Data
Once your agent receives the item, they will upload QC photos. Paste the link to the album in the QC Photosweight. Mark GL (Green Light)RL (Red Light)
Step 4: Consolidate and Ship Your Parcel
When ready to ship, select items from your list to bundle. Create a new section or tab for the Parcel.shipping line, cost,tracking number.
Step 5: Track Delivery to Completion
Use the Tracking Progress"Delivered."
