Placing an order with LoongBuy is just the first step. Once your purchased product arrives at our secure warehouse, it enters our rigorous Quality Check (QC)
Step 1: Intake & Logging
Upon arrival, your package is immediately logged into our system. Each item is assigned a unique tracking ID linked to your order. Our warehouse team then carefully unpacks the product from its supplier packaging in a dedicated QC area, preparing it for inspection.
Step 2: Comprehensive Physical Inspection
This is the core of our QC process. A trained QC specialist meticulously examines your item against the description and specifications of your order. The inspection covers:
- Exterior Condition:
- Functionality (where applicable):
- Completeness:
- Accuracy:

Step 3: Photo Documentation & Upload
Transparency is key. For every item, our specialist takes multiple high-resolution photographs. These typically include:
- Front, back, and side views of the item.
- Close-ups of labels, serial numbers, or brand tags.
- Images of all included accessories and packaging.
- Any noted imperfections (see Step 4).
These photos are automatically uploaded to your personal LoongBuy Order Panel, giving you a visual confirmation of the item's exact condition upon warehouse receipt.
Step 4: Defect Reporting & Communication
If our inspector identifies any issue—no matter how minor—it is documented in a detailed QC Defect Report. This report clearly describes the problem (e.g., "1cm scratch on rear panel," "missing power cable") and is paired with the corresponding close-up photo.
You will receive a notification and can review both the report and all general photos in your panel. This honest disclosure allows you to make an informed decision on how to proceed.
Step 5: Customer Approval & Decision
This is where you take charge. After reviewing the photos and any defect reports, you instruct us on how to handle the item. Your options are:
- Approve for Storage/Shipping:
- Request a Return/Exchange:
- Request Further Investigation:

We wait for your explicit approval
Step 6: Final Preparation
Upon receiving your approval, the item moves to its final stage. If you requested shipping, it is expertly repackaged for international transit, with added protective materials if needed. If you chose to store it in our warehouse, it is safely logged and shelved in its inspected condition, ready for future consolidation or shipping.
