Step-by-Step Request Process
Step 1: Access Your Warehouse
Log into your SuperBuy account. Navigate to "My Warehouse"
Step 2: Locate the Item & QC Photos
Find the specific product you want more photos of. Click on "QC Photos"
Step 3: Click "Apply for More Photos"
Below the existing photo album, you will find a button or link labeled "Apply for More Photos""Request Additional QC". Click it.
Step 4: Submit Your Detailed Request
A request form will open. Here's how to fill it effectively:
- Be Specific:"Please provide a clear photo of the inside size tag and the back of the sneaker.")
- Use Annotations:
- Select Photo Type:Detailed, Logo, Size Tag, etc.
- Add a Note:
Step 5: Submit and Wait for Processing
